Let's hear it for me busting out the wedges that make me well over 6'3". This says alot, especially since I'm the girl who wore satin slippers to her wedding just so I wouldn't be as tall as my 6'4" groom. Apprently yesterday though, I decided to embrace my lurch-ness. And? I loved it. Sure I tower over elders & majority of men that walked past. But that's me. Perk? Anything on top shelf, yagotit.

Yesterday we did some more shopping for Emily's (omgitssocrazyhavefastitsrapidly) approaching 2nd birthday party. SECOND. As in my kiddo isn't so much a baby but a toddler now. I'm super excited about all the ideas & decor I've got going on and can't wait to show all you pretties what I've been up to the last ohhh 4 months {or ya know, since her 1st party ended.}

And today? Today is the day we take the girls overwhelming holyshyte where'd all these come from toy collection and cut it down to things they still actually play with. All five things, ya know. I'm very proud of my little 3.5 year old though. Her eyes lit up by me telling her that some of her buddies that don't get played with much will be going to fun kids who need a friend. A kid who isn't as blessed as she and her sister are. She asked me if it'll make the kids happy. I told her yes. She told me "Well, that makes me happy". And then I combusted with pride and glitter.
