*based upon the new WW points plus system*
All of these? Under 5 points. Majority of them only 2. And I truly don't feel like I'm missing out on anything here. Peanut butter? Cheese? Pudding? This is what I love so much about Weight Watchers. There's no 'buy our food' gimmick. It's simply about taking the food you love to eat & adjusting it.
And? It works! So if you're interested in joining WW, contact me if you have any questions. I'm no J.Hud, but I can definitely help!

I love WW! I've lost 11 pounds! Only 19 more to go! Thanks for the snack tips... I've been getting bored with mine!
ReplyDeletegood for you, sarah! keep up the awesome work. feels good, doesn't it? :)
DeleteI am back on WW again and have lost about 14lbs.....I have a long way to go, but I love that it is practical. I have a friend that questions why I just don't count calories, but for me it just isn't that easy. I need that structure! It really is a great program
ReplyDeletei can't count calories either now--i see everything in points! so much easier in my opinion. awesome job by the way!
DeleteI love the ideas...and...love how you posted them in chunky blocks. Your blog is so well organized and pretty.
