While we were strolling along Target last Sunday, Brookie had a Johnny Angel moment in the oral care aisle. The rest of the aisle turned into a field of bluebonnets, the track lighting turned into the sun, and she ran in slow motion towards her true love.
A toothbrush.
Who am I to break up the start of a beautiful relationship? We left with a new toothbrush in hand & a perma smile on Brookie's face.
To say she loves it is an understatement. This child takes after Dustin when it comes to wanting her picture taken {bribes are necessary.} But she went downstairs, grabbed my Rebel, carried it upstairs, and informed me that it was time to take her & Cinderella's pictures. So we had an impromptu photo session...that she directed.

"Now just her sitting beside me....ya this is nice"
"Zoom in, Momma! Ima give her some sugar"
"Let's dance" -went & turned her Laurie Berkner CD on- "this is so much fun!"
"I like to move it move it. I like to move it move it. I like to move it move it"
{Going through a Madagascar phase, obvious?}
Personally I think Cinderella looks like a man in drag (really Oral-B? this was your best?)
but whatever makes my girl happy. And rids her of cavities & halitosis.
